Threatend Police Chief Phil Tavares
Eric Kelley has used his position to unlawfully threaten and undermine Police Chief Phil
Tavares and Building Commissioner Andrew Stewart.
Obstructed Playground Accessibility
Eric Kelley has obstructed efforts to make playgrounds accessible for all children.
Opposed Community Initiatives
Eric Kelley has opposed community initiatives including Purple Heart recognition, Suicide
Prevention Month, Opioid Addiction Awareness Month and Pride Month.
Violated Open Meeting Law
Eric Kelley has repeatedly violated the Open Meeting Law and is under investigation by
the Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Appointed Unqualified People to Town Boards and Committees
Eric Kelley removed qualified, experienced Board and Committee members and
replaced them with unqualified people and personal friends.
Opposed Education Funding
Eric Kelley has opposed adequate funding for education, including capital repairs to
school buildings.
The recall Marshfield committee will be hosting signature drives on and November 1st and 2nd at the public library in the parking lot.
